The world’s biggest and most spectacular motorsport event, Formula 1, is set to ignite the Hungaroring near Mogyoród from August 1–3, 2025. Millions tune in every week, but nothing beats the adrenaline of being trackside at the 2.72-mile (4.38-km) circuit as the elite drivers and teams battle it out once again at Hungary’s premier racing venue.
Racing Returns to the Hungaroring
This marks the 40th time the F1 circus descends on the Hungaroring (Hungaroring), with festivities kicking off on Friday with two free practice sessions. Saturday brings a third practice session followed by the critical qualifying round that sets Sunday’s starting grid. All the action leads to the Hungarian Grand Prix (Magyar Nagydíj) showdown on August 3, promising wheel-to-wheel drama and an electric atmosphere just 13 miles (21 km) from downtown Budapest (Budapest).
