Two days of open-air classical concerts await music lovers in Philosopher’s Garden (Filozófusok Kertje) on August 16-17, 2025, as Panorama Classical brings its event-filled weekend to town. Enjoy live performances by military bands, the Saint Stephen Secondary School (Szent István Gimnázium) Wind Orchestra, and the acclaimed Modern Art Orchestra – Creative Crew, across two stages.
Legendary Concerts and Film Music Night
On Saturday evening, actress Franciska Törőcsik joins the Modern Art Orchestra for an atmospheric journey through beloved film scores. The experience continues on Sunday, with the Danubia Orchestra leading the audience through 150 years of Hungarian music history.
Hands-On Fun for All Ages
Families and curious visitors can get up close with musical instruments at the “instrument petting zoo” or take part in hands-on craft sessions to create their own instruments. Screenings of legendary concert performances will run all weekend. Admission to all activities and concerts is free.
