Füzér
Kick back and hike at the foot of the picture-perfect Füzér Castle. Our quiet, fully equipped, eight-person guesthouse is a top-notch base for exploring the Zemplén Hills.
Right below the castle, tucked in a peaceful cul-de-sac, a newly built, detached guesthouse awaits. Two rooms with double beds and two rooms with three beds are ready for rest, served by two bathrooms. Inside: a communal space with dining room and kitchen. Outside: a covered terrace and a large, enclosed yard with garden furniture—set for kettle cooking and bacon roasting over an open fire. Unlimited parking is provided in the yard.
Bistro dishes built on seasonal, local ingredients. A standout selection of Tokaj wines. We host corporate tastings, craft customized wine flights, and serve wine snacks. Plus: coffee, house-made soft drinks, and craft beers.
On the Tokaj Wine Route, among the Zemplén Hills, sits our working cellar in Erdőbénye—the “center of the world,” as locals say. It’s where grape juice becomes wine, with tradition honored—like new gönci barrels for aszú—and space for bottle aging. We spend most of our time with vines and wines, so please book ahead if you want to visit and taste the work in the making.
Winemaking tradition passes from generation to generation. The cellar, its noble mold-coated walls, and classic oak barrels shape Tokaj’s unmistakable character. Our lineup features multiple vintages of sweet, semi-sweet, and dry specialties from our estate.
Béres Vineyard brings youthful drive to Tokaj-Hegyalja. The Béres family set out to put top-tier wines back on the map here—and hit the mark. Thanks to prime soils, a microclimate, yield control, and gentle processing, their very first 2003 vintage debuted with promising bottles and has been racking up wins at home and abroad ever since. The motto “Every drop is Béres” stands for quality, reliability, and grit.
Founded by horticultural engineer Dr. Sándor Bodnár, now run with winemaker son-in-law József Repei, Bodnár Winery blends stellar fruit, careful processing, centuries-old craft, and cutting-edge tech. They host tastings for up to 30 with advance booking and handle corporate events. Visit their Tokaj Wine & Gastro Terrace at Zemplén Adventure Park from late April to early October.
The Czemiczki family cultivates vines in historic first-class sites—Rány, Csető, and Serédi—around Tolcsva. They fuse Tokaj traditions with the latest tech. Book a tasting or drop by an event—or order their wines easily online.
Csillagfény Guesthouse and Restaurant (Csillagfény Panzió és Étterem) sits in calm surroundings at the foot of Magas-hegy, with 10 air-conditioned rooms for 25 guests, plus a pool and sauna. The restaurant covers Hungarian favorites and caters to vegetarian and diabetic diets.
El Bundi Pizzeria (El Bundi Pizzéria) in Sárospatak delivers pizzas, burgers, gyros, and freshly grilled dishes.
Our family winery in Hercegkút pairs Tokaj heritage with fresh ideas—sip fine wines and enjoy oven-baked dishes. With advance booking, we host wine dinners and music nights.
