Ócsa turns up the volume on May 9, 2026, with the Gasoline Haze Festival and Women’s Sun Lounge, packing motorcycles, cars, rock music, and street-party vibes into one Saturday. The spectacle kicks off with a parade through town, then from 13:00 the music-and-motors afternoon takes over in front of Egressy, along Bajcsy-Zsilinszky Street between numbers 32 and 73. Entry is free, so bring the crew and the noise.
Live Rock on the Egressy Terrace
From 15:00, László Csákvári and his band—dubbed the Hungarian Bryan Adams—deliver global hits by the Canadian rock star. At 17:00, the band Érzés fires up anthems from Edda (Edda Művek)’s legendary bootleg era—pure Hungarian rock energy. At 19:00, CandyMen Duo proves two players can sound like a full band, switching from rockabilly and rock to pop, country, and blues with humor and a proper show. The duo: Patrik Schiffler (Ricky) on vocals and double bass, and Tom White on harmonica and acoustic guitar.
Engines, Icons, and Family Fun
Expect a rolling museum and a modern horsepower fix: vintage cars, the latest Mustangs, tuned cars, Harley-Davidsons, American cars from multiple eras, adventure-ready SUVs big and small, sports cars, and head-turning trikes—plus humble, lovable, shed-rescued bikes. A mini traffic park and kids’ yard welcome future road users, and the blue Ikarus bus returns to duty after last year’s rave reviews.
Street Food, Cocktails, Dress Codes
There’s an expanded street food lineup, while A Bisztró’s boosted bar mixes the cocktails. Join the audience game: wear your favorite rock band tee to summon the golden age of rock. This year adds rockabilly flair with a dance challenge, and Polka Dots Are Forever—put on your favorite polka-dot outfit.
Location: Ócsa, Bajcsy-Zsilinszky St. 32–72 and Egressy Terrace (46–48). Start: 13:00. Organizers reserve the right to change the schedule.
