Budapest’s MANYI is transforming into a Georgian dining room on April 25–26, as Masho and Ana, the Budapest-based founders of Soko Pop-Up, take over the kitchen for a full-on supra. Think communal tables, clinking glasses, and stories flowing as freely as the wine—this is the Georgian art of feasting done right, with food, drink, and conversation woven together.
What’s on the table
A themed menu rolls out over the weekend: seasonal starters, hearty mains, and homemade desserts made for sharing. Expect local drinks to match the flavors and keep the supra spirit high. It’s not a tasting menu you whisper through—it’s a spread you pass around, with plates that invite second helpings and toasts that last long into the night.
The vibe
Groovy DJ sets keep the room warm and unpretentious, nudging the tempo from leisurely bites to lively clinks. Come hungry, stay curious, and leave with a head full of stories—and maybe a few new friends.
