Entry to all programs is free, and anyone can taste the results with a small tasting ticket.
100 Servings, One Mission
Each team must stuff and fry enough sausage to plate 100 servings, putting speed, technique, and spice blends in the spotlight. Once the grills cool, visitors can sample the goods after picking up tasting tickets, turning the competition into a community feast by the water.
Pálinka and Savory Bakes in the Ring
Beyond the main sausage contest, bragging rights are on the line for the best fogópálinka and the most addictive savory pastries, all judged by pros. Organizers reserve the right to change the date and program.
