July: Summer Korzó Heats Up

July launches with Chained at the Nyári Korzó on the 13th, then takes a cinematic turn on the 16th with Krisztián M. Vozár’s film-music piano evening. The Hídfő Festival rolls in: Chained on the 17th, Djentries on the 18th, a Pontváró party and Lackás on the 23rd, and the 1st Hídfő Punk Rock Weekend from July 24–25. Sax takes center stage on the 20th with Dominik Király – Sax Life. Korzó highlights stack up: Alem Da Lemda Band and Last on the 29th; Four Strings, One Voice (Négy húr, egy hang) on the 30th; Kenton (classical) and Torony Band on the 31st.

August: Big Sounds, Grand Settings

August brings Johnny Moonlight (3rd), Mayfly and Márton Tóth’s accordion (6th), Heavenhike and DiscoDrama (8th), and Show & Bors (10th). Young Gyula virtuosos shine on the 13th; Skorka Blue plays on the 17th. Almásy Castle hosts a Birthday Gala Concert on the 21st. Then Dirty Slippers and Z Moss Smith (22nd), Ferenc Téglás and band (24th), a stacked 27th with The Pepper Shop, Pluto Vibe, Infinitate, and Double T Band, followed by TooMuch (28th), and PowerBeat Percussion with a return by Dominik Király on sax (29th).
