Explore Gyula’s historic core on a two-hour guided city walk led by expert guide Gábor Bánkuti throughout the winter season, every Monday and Friday. The loop starts at the Tourinform office and winds through Városház Street and Harruckern Square, past the World Clock to Kossuth Square, the Máriás House, the Ferenc Erkel Memorial House, the Kohán Gallery, and the Ladics House. Sweet pause: the iconic Hundred-Year Confectionery. The route then passes City Hall, St. Nicholas Church, the 1848–49 Honvéd officers’ memorial, the Castle, the Castle Spa, and the Almásy Mansion. All sights are viewed from outside.
