Every October, Rezi (Rezi) transforms into a lively center of tradition and entertainment, bringing locals and visitors together for its annual Harvest Parade and Festival. This year, mark your calendars for October 5th to join the colorful parade, enjoy old-world harvest traditions, and take part in a variety of fun activities spread throughout several locations in the village.
Celebrate, Taste, and Explore
The Harvest Fun (Szüreti Mulatság) kicks off at 6:00 pm, offering a true taste of rural hospitality. Don’t miss the cozy countryside winery, featuring tastings of seven wines—dry, semi-dry, semi-sweet whites, reds, and rosé. Special highlights include a raisin-aged Tramini dessert wine and the flagship semi-sweet muscat nectar, aged for two years in barrels and beloved since 2003.
Stay and Unwind in Nature
For those wanting more, the local youth and tourist lodge can accommodate 30 guests, making it ideal for family getaways or school trips. There’s a fully equipped kitchen, a charming garden for campers, and an open-air kitchen for outdoor cooking from spring to fall. Event details may change, so keep checking for updates!
