The Pairings
Duck rillette pairs with Szívek Pince, Grüner Veltliner (Zöldveltelini) 2024 from the Neszmély wine region, an Austrian grape thriving locally with light, spicy charm to open the feast. House-smoked butterfish with marinated radish meets Malom és Kacsa Brut, the house’s sparkling wine—a new collaboration with Anonym Pince—introduced with a refined fish course and a burst of lakefront fizz.
Duck liver brûlée with brioche arrives alongside Lenkey Pincészet, Az Élet Szép… 2022, a limited Tokaj curiosity blending Furmint and Hárslevelű, crafted by masters of long aging.
