October’s Star-Studded Nights
The second half of October is a whirlwind of premier Hungarian and international acts. On October 23, Papajazz and Glass of Jazz vol. 23 entice both wine and jazz lovers. The next day, catch the Free BJC Jam Session featuring the Lakatos Pecek Krisztián Trio, plus Harmónia Jazz Workshop (Harmónia Jazzműhely) with the Kata Lazsádi Quartet (Lazsádi Kata Quartet). October 25 delivers a double header: the Róbert Szakcsi Lakatos Trio (Szakcsi Lakatos Róbert Trio) and another Free BJC Jam with the József Pluto Horváth Trio (Horváth Pluto József Trio).
On October 26, the Budapest Jazz Orchestra partners with percussion powerhouse Gergő Borlai (Borlai Gergő) for a Buddy Rich Tribute, honoring Sándor Kármán (Kármán Sándor). The following days bring Nikoletta Szőke – Gipsy Queen Live (Szoke Nikoletta Gipsy Queen Live), the Gábor Szalay Organ Trio (Szalay Gábor Organ Trio), and radiocafé’s special Hari_drama.
