July Highlights

July 9, Thursday – Ildikó Császár and Mrs. Sándor Molnár: We Visited Latvia. A Sunday flight took them to the Baltic coast; they met groups working with homeless people, refugees, seniors, and women in Erberge, Sigulda, and Riga. Location: Kistarcsa.
July 11 – Open-Air Cinema in Kistarcsa. The beloved community screening is back at Ifjúság Square (Ifjúság tér): Friday, July 10, 9:00 PM. All welcome. Location: Kistarcsa.
July 16 – Zsolt Kiss: Building a Race Car. Inside a Kistarcsa firm repairing damaged cars, with the Hungarian National Motorsport Association organizing national rallies and rally culture beyond Hungary. A Suzuki S-Cross converted for competition. Location: Kistarcsa.
July 23 – Péter Gedeon: Under the Spell of Religions. The five major world religions—Christianity, Islam, Brahmanism, Buddhism, and Chinese universalism—shared tensions and commonalities, ancient traditions, local congregations, and nature-based faiths.
