Nov 8–9 and 11, 15–16 bring the Goosebumps Festival with St. Martin’s Day (Márton-nap) flavors at Öreg Tanyacsárda: cold goose platter with spiced potatoes and vegetables paired with Pátzay Csíny 2024; ginger goose soup with matzo balls; oven-baked goose liver with crisp onion rings and roast potatoes with Vylyan Kakas 2024; oven-roasted goose leg with spiced potatoes and braised cabbage with Tűzkő Kékfrankos 2021; a goose feast plate for two with Vylyan Cabernet Sauvignon 2018; and aranygaluska with vanilla sauce alongside Grand Tokaj Yellow Muscat (Sárgamuskotály) 2023.
