
The Liszt Festival will once again light up the stunning Gödöllő Royal Palace in 2025, inviting music lovers to a week of unforgettable performances. Night after night from October 22, world-class pianists and orchestras will take the stage at the historic Grassalkovich Palace. Tickets are required for most events, priced between $16 and $17.
Festival Highlights
On October 22, Valentin Magyar’s solo piano night will set the tone, followed by a grand Gala Concert called “Journée des Héros – Day of Heroes” with the Gödöllő Symphony Orchestra on October 23. Then, the Haydn Trios will charm the audience on October 24.
October 25 brings Muza Rubackyte from Lithuania, performing “From Vilnius to Venice” in her highly anticipated piano recital. The next evening features Povilas Norkūnas, fresh off his 2024 Lisztophony (Lisztofonija) prize in Vilnius. The festival closes with a brilliant violin and piano sonata night by Barnabás Kelemen and József Balog on November 2.
