Saturday: The Full Disznótor Day
The day starts early in festive spirit. Between 7:00–9:00 at reception, guests get one shot of pálinka and one cup of mulled wine per person. A generous buffet breakfast follows, 7:00–10:00. At noon, it’s all about classic flavors: buffet lunch with pork broth soup with thin noodles and vegetables, toros cabbage, roast pork with potatoes, and fresh strudel. The evening peaks with the disznótor and live music. The buffet lays it on thick: soups; roast pork and ribs; blood sausage and sausage; mashed potatoes with onions; stuffed cabbage; desserts like honey cream slice and pudding. Sunday wraps the weekend with a final buffet breakfast stacked with pork cracklings and bacon.

Beyond the food, the Hajnal Hotel’s wellness area is open for recovery and recharge. The hotel sits 3 km from Mezőkövesd and 150 meters from the Zsóry Thermal and Beach Bath (Zsóry Gyógy- és Strandfürdő) with unique sulfur water.
