The 2026 slate of adult and children’s “Mind Control” (Agykontroll) courses is set across Hungary, mixing live online sessions and in-person weekends. The core four-day adult basic course, typically taught over two weekends, promises hands-on stress management and mind-training techniques designed to ease sleep troubles, sharpen focus, and strengthen intuition—aiming for a healthier body and mind all at once. Multiple phone contacts are available for inquiries, and sessions run in several cities and districts throughout the year.
