The Miskolc Symphony Orchestra welcomes the Klazz Brothers & Cuba Percussion, conducted by Gábor Hollerung. The classical-crossover specialists bring their award-winning Classic Meets Cuba in a full symphonic dimension. Expect refined orchestral arrangements of Mozart, Beethoven, Brahms, and Tchaikovsky, fused with Latin jazz and the rhythmic and melodic richness of Cuban music. The quintet’s approach—masterful jazz improvisation woven with salsa, son, bolero, merengue, Afro elements, and cha-cha—charms listeners across genres.
Known as masters of classical crossover, the Klazz Brothers have sold over 500,000 albums, with two Echo Klassik awards, two jazz awards, and a Grammy nomination for Classic Meets Cuba, Jazz Meets Cuba, and Mozart Meets Cuba.
