Leányfalu’s Thermal Bath opens its doors every Friday and Saturday night, year-round, for a music-filled night swim from 8:00 PM to midnight. It’s a low-key, high-vibe hangout for anyone who loves special programs: young and old, friend groups, anyone who believes weekends are for unwinding. Alongside the warm-water adventure pool and the warm medicinal pool, the Sauna House with its sauna and steam room is also open. The thermal water’s well-known benefits? It calms you down and helps reduce or even eliminate nerve and muscle pain. Call by phone if you need details, but really, just bring your swimsuit and your best end-of-week energy.
When to Go
Night bathing hours are every Friday and Saturday, 8:00 PM–12:00 AM. The medicinal pool and the adventure pool operate from 8:00 PM to 11:45 PM on those evenings, so plan your soaks accordingly. The ticket office is open from 8:00 PM to 10:30 PM, which means if you roll in after that, you’re out of luck at the gate. A clear, simple rhythm: arrive by half past ten, hit the pools till a quarter to midnight, exhale, repeat.
Tickets and Rules
Entry on Friday and Saturday nights from 8:00 PM to midnight costs 5,000 HUF, which comes to about 13.60 USD at the current exchange rate. Season passes and multi-visit passes won’t help you here: passes are not valid during the night bathing program. It’s a dedicated, standalone experience—worth treating as its own mini-escape to cap your week.
