Looking for a retro fix or want to show off your vintage ride? On August 9, 2025, the Halásztelek Sports Center (Halászteleki Sportközpont) will host the beloved Classic Vehicle Gathering (Veteránjármű Találkozó), where car, motorcycle, truck, and bus enthusiasts unite—brand doesn’t matter, only classic vibes. Owners of classic vehicles are encouraged to bring their treasures for everyone to admire.
Fun For All Ages
Entry is completely free for both exhibitors and visitors. Starting at 4:00 pm, catch an impressive vehicle parade through the neighboring villages. Dive into the parts fair, try your hand at painting a Trabant, enjoy a demonstration, or hop into the Happycopter simulator for a thrill.
Activities, Food, Music
Children and adults alike can battle it out in the LEGO competitions (three age groups), join a NERF team match, and explore the adventure park. The Lazy Twins (Thin Lizzy tribute band) perform at 4:00 pm, and from 7:00–10:00 pm, Partyssimo will get the street dance going. For food, expect street food and a well-stocked buffet.
