On October 4, 2025, the much-anticipated Harvest Parade and Ball will bring a festive spirit to Alsónémedi (Alsónémedi). The vibrant procession kicks off at 1:00 PM from the Village Hall (Faluház), winding its way down Rákóczi Street (Rákóczi utca), Main Road (Fő út), and Liberty Square (Szabadság tér) around 2:00 PM. From there, it continues back along Main Road (Fő út), passes through Halászy Károly Street (Halászy Károly utca), Széchenyi Street (Széchenyi utca), Rákóczi Street (Rákóczi utca), and Chapel Street (Kápolna utca), before arriving at Big Pit (Nagygödör) around 3:30 PM.
After looping back via Chapel Street (Kápolna utca), Poplar Street (Nyárfa utca), Toldi Street (Toldi utca), and Deák F. Street (Deák F. utca), the colorful parade finishes at the school around 4:30 PM.
Evening Fun: Harvest Ball (Szüreti Bál)
The Harvest Ball begins at 8:00 PM in the school auditorium, promising a lively night of music and dancing. As always, the local favorite Vargaband will keep the party going with great tunes and plenty of laughter late into the evening.
