The Stuffed Cabbage (Töltött Káposzta) Festival in Parajd (Parajd) is Székely Land’s (Székelyföld) and Romania’s very first culinary festival, and it’s all about celebrating stuffed cabbage in true local style. Every year, on the third weekend of September, the heart of Parajd fills with the unmistakable aroma of cabbage and meat, the buzz of music, and the lively chatter of friends as the International Stuffed Cabbage Festival takes over the town.

From September 19 to 21, 2025, the 28th International Stuffed Cabbage Festival will turn Parajd’s central park (on the road toward Bucsin) into a foodie paradise.
