Between October 17, 2025, and February 15, 2026, the Garden of Lights returns to the ELTE Botanical Garden (Füvészkert), transforming Hungary’s oldest botanical garden into a dazzling multimedia spectacle. This year, the story of Peter Pan—the boy who never grows up—sets the theme, enchanting visitors of all ages with immersive installations that cover almost the entire 250-year-old garden.

The experience invites families and fantasy lovers alike to rediscover a classic fairy tale amid thousands of shimmering lights, interactive features, and multimedia displays. To kick things off, on October 17 and 18, entry is completely free. That’s not all: the opening weekend features a breathtaking drone show, lighting up the skies next to the garden as part of the event.
Whether you’re visiting for nostalgia or for new adventures, the Garden of Lights promises an illuminated journey with Peter Pan and friends all winter long.
