November 26–29, a pop-up ramen bar and bookstore will open to celebrate the release of Dávid Kárai’s (Kárai Dávid) new cookbook, RAMEN (RÁMEN). It’s part tasting, part meet-up: alongside signings, the chef and his team will cook the exact ramen bowls featured in the book, served hot and ready to slurp.
What’s on the menu
Expect a rich tonkotsu ramen built on a creamy pork broth with pork belly—the kind that sticks to your soul. There’s also a chicken ramen finished with zingy ginger oil and crisp bok choy (pak choi) for balance. Plant-based fans aren’t left out either: the creamy vegan ramen comes with roasted squash, oyster mushrooms, and enoki, delivering depth without the meat.
Why you should go
It’s a rare chance to taste the book, meet the author, and pick up a signed copy while comparing bowls with friends. Come for the noodles, stay for the stories—and leave with dinner inspiration for days.
