November 2025 Highlights
Nov 9: Tapestry Check—What Do Royal Rooms Wear? joins the Museum Autumn Festival 2025. Nov 10 splits in two: (Lady) In the Saddle! serves up horse lore from the palace stables, while The Earth Sipped Red Rain (Piros esőt kortyolt a föld) — Eighty Years Ago delivers a stage drama. Nov 11: Zorán’s tour lands in town. Nov 15 brings the Empress Elisabeth poetry and prose contest, followed on Nov 16 by a free tribute concert with the Jávorkai Brothers and the Elisabeth String Ensemble.
Nov 21: Csiky Gergely’s The Grandmother (A nagymama), a musical comedy. Nov 22: The Stonehearted (Kőszívű), The Baradlay Legend (A Baradlay-legenda) in concert form. Nov 23: Mozart’s Forgotten Contemporaries with the Budavár Chamber Orchestra. Nov 29 takes a darker turn with Human Beasts—Inside Serial Killers, a live talk.
Advent, Year’s End, and Beyond
Dec 6: Kids’ club at the palace and Royal Christmas kicks off, with Advent at the Palace running Dec 6–7 and Dec 13–14. Dec 30 doubles down with two Pre‑New Year’s Cabarets.
Into 2026: Jan 17: the crime-comedy Ladies in the Cards (Dámák a pakliban). Feb 14: Nikolas Takács Valentine’s concert. Mar 8: Women’s Day with Csaba and Tamás Vastag. May 3: Mother’s Day show by Zoltán Miller.
