Build Your Own Lunch
Chef de Cuisine Áron Barka and his team switch things up weekly. Pick from three soups, five mains, and three desserts. The deal includes one mineral water or soft drink, a glass of wine or beer, and a cup of coffee. Service charge: 12% added to the final bill. For groups over 10, email them first. Driving? Show your bill at reception to validate your parking ticket before you leave.

Soups: lebbencs soup with smoked meat (LM); creamy white bean soup with honey bacon crisps (GM); Jókai bean soup (LM option).
Mains: Csáky-style grilled steak with buttered spaetzle and beet salad; BBQ pulled chicken lángos with smoked cheese and herbed sour cream; Timișoara (Temesvár) turkey ragout with roast potatoes and pickles; breaded cheese with hazelnut rice, cinnamon plums, mixed salad (vegetarian); grated balsamic chicken liver with mashed potatoes and Lyonnaise onions.
Desserts: chestnut–sour cherry crêpe with milk chocolate sauce; pumpkin–poppy seed strudel with vanilla ice cream; Hawaiian pineapple cheesecake.
