Siófok’s heart beats louder November 27–30, 2025, as City Days unfolds across Main Square (Fő tér), the Imre Kálmán Cultural Center (Kálmán Imre Kulturális Központ), and landmark venues. The festive and cultural series bridges past and future with concerts, exhibitions, awards, school performances, and a charity fair—free to attend, except for Siófok Quiz Night and Caramel’s concert. Organizers reserve the right to change times and programs.
Thursday: Music and a fresh take on folk
The opener at 5:00 PM at Civil House (Civil Ház) spotlights “10 Somogy Folk Songs” from Árpád Együd’s collection, arranged by János Apáti—the launch of a score booklet. At 7:00 PM, organists Miklós Teleki and Edina Bernáth-Kersák fill the Church of the Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary (Sarlós Boldogasszony) with a grand recital. Also at 7:00 PM, Siófok Quiz Night kicks off at Lógó Üveg Kult. Pub (ticketed).
Friday: Awards, skates, and city pride
From 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, the charity fair enlivens Main Square (Fő tér) with local associations. The “Good Student, Good Athlete” awards start at 9:00 AM in the Cultural Center’s theater. The Ice Rink opens at Great Beach (Nagystrand) at 2:00 PM. At 4:00 PM, the “Hey! 20! Siófok” Regional Values Association unveils its Heritage Exhibition in the upstairs gallery, while Siófok’s elementary schools perform on the Main Square stage—featuring the József Beszédes school choir and Class 4.b of István Széchenyi’s “Waiting for Santa.” At 4:30 PM, the Gingerbread City Siófok exhibition opens in the Cultural Center foyer. The City Honors ceremony begins at 5:00 PM in the theater, with performances by Monarchia Operett and Krisztina Ugi-Pál. Popdealers hit the Main Square stage at 7:00 PM.
Saturday: Crafts and standout gigs
The BRTK Library hosts an Advent crafting session from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. At 5:00 PM, the Siófok Art School presents an Advent concert on the Main Square stage, followed by 4S Street at 7:00 PM.
Sunday: Lights, acoustics, finale
Advent candle lighting begins at 4:30 PM at Main Square (Fő tér), then Imre Vadkerti plays an acoustic set at 5:00 PM. The finale: Caramel’s festive concert at 7:00 PM in the Cultural Center theater (ticketed).
