For the third year in a row, Siófok’s best restaurants and wine cellars are joining forces for GasztroFok, a two-day culinary journey across the city on November 8th and 9th, 2025. Locals and visitors can sample specially curated menus representing the city’s top specialties, stretching from Széplak (Széplak) to Sóstó (Sóstó), and from Kiliti (Kiliti) to Szabadi (Szabadi). Even local producers are taking part in the food celebration, making it the biggest showcase of Siófok’s gastronomic talents.
The City’s Culinary Powerhouse
The idea is simple: strengthen Siófok’s year-round appeal and earn a place on Hungary’s regional food map. To make it extra special this year, Noel Fodor (Fodor Noel), a young local chef and member of the Hungarian team that won Best Platter at Bocuse d’Or 2024, takes the lead as patron of the event.

The lineup includes everything from high-end gourmet dishes to creative street food, delicious desserts, and excellent local wines. Enjoy breakfast and brunch at After & Brunch and Café Maran, premium wines at Horváth Winery of Aliga (Aligai Horváth Winery), and traditional, rustic dishes at Father’s World (Apa Világa).
