GasztroFok is back and better than ever in Siófok, happening November 8-9, 2025. This annual culinary celebration is now in its third year, bringing together the city’s best restaurants and local food producers. Over one festive weekend, diners can embark on a mouthwatering tour of Siófok, sampling special dishes at participating venues from Széplak (Széplak) to Sóstó (Sóstó), Kiliti (Kiliti) to Szabadi (Szabadi).
A Culinary Tour of Siófok
Local chefs and producers have teamed up to present a region-wide menu. Whether you crave high-end gourmet, smoky barbecue, Italian classics, traditional Hungarian dishes, or something adventurous, you’ll find it at GasztroFok. The lineup includes elegant brunches at After & Brunch and Café Maran (Café Maran), select wines from Aligai Horváth Winery (Aligai Horváth Pincészet), rural flavors from Apa’s World (Apa Világa), and unique smoked treats from Southern Shore Woodfire BBQ (Déli Part Woodfire BBQ).
Italian food fans can indulge at Bella Italia (Bella Italia), Pietro (Pietro), or A Pinch of Naples (Egy Csipet Nápoly), while Old Fisherman (Öreg Halász) and Sanyi’s Corner (Sanyi Sarok) serve up hearty Hungarian fare. This year’s event features Noel Fodor (Fodor Noel) as its main patron—a local culinary rising star who competed in the 2024 Bocuse d’Or finals, earning the “Most Beautiful Plate” award for the Hungarian team.
