Slovenian Film Days returns for its ninth edition from October 2 to October 4, 2025, promising a packed lineup of celebrated new films from Slovenia. The event kicks off on October 2 with this year’s Slovenian Oscar submission, “Something in the Air” (Van valami a levegőben), which took home the FIPRESCI prize at the Berlin International Film Festival.

On October 3, the program presents “The Playground is Ours” (A játszótér a miénk), which debuted at the Locarno Film Festival and has collected multiple awards on the international festival circuit.

The closing night on October 4 features “This Will Be a Robbery” (Ez rablás lesz), a film full of unique humor and sharp social criticism.
