The scenic Danube Bend (DunaKanyar) Apartment House in Zebegény transforms into a creative hub next summer as the Amrita Summer Art Camp opens for two sessions, from July 14–20 and July 21–27, 2025. This camp isn’t limited to strict traditions—it invites art lovers to explore both classic and modern painting, while discovering the harmony between nature and art all around them.
Art, Yoga & Indian Culture
Hands-on activities include plein air painting outdoors, still life and nude figure studies, plus playful abstract experiments for those eager to break free from the usual canvas. The lineup isn’t just about paint and brushes—yoga sessions and sound meditations are also offered to recharge both body and soul.
Connecting Hungary and India
All of this is made possible through a partnership with the Amrita Sher-Gil Indian Cultural Center, aimed at bringing a slice of Indian art and culture to Hungary, sparking cultural dialogue, and nurturing understanding between communities.
