Get ready for a true Hungarian celebration of flavors, music, and pure joy at the third Stuffed Cabbage, Wine, and Pálinka (fruit brandy) Festival in Széchenyi Park, Kenese by Lake Balaton (Balatonkenese). From October 3 to 5, 2025, mouthwatering stuffed cabbage dishes, top-quality wines and pálinka, live music, DJs, children’s programs, folk dancing, and an authentic festival atmosphere await you. And the best part? Entry is absolutely free.
What’s On the Menu?
The fun kicks off on Friday at 2 PM with a festive opening, followed by live music from Csongor Bíró Vitéz at 6 PM and a retro DJ party featuring DJ Danger at 8 PM. Saturday starts with “CarrotRadishNut” (Réparetekmogyoró), an interactive children’s show, at 11 AM, Csaba Veiger live at 6 PM, and DJ Izonic spinning today’s hits at 8 PM. Sunday features the Zöld Branch Folk Dance Ensemble from Litéri (Litéri Zöldág Néptáncegyüttes) at noon and wraps up at 8 PM.
