Venture to the Káptalantóti Artisan Market (Káptalantóti Kézműves Piac) with a breezy lake crossing and a wine-filled afternoon. Depart on Sundays at 10:00 and return by 15:00, with your morning anchored by 1.5 hours of shopping and free time at the legendary artisan market near Badacsony. Pick your launch point: Fonyód by fast boat or Balatonfenyves aboard the Szent Benedek sightseeing ship. From Badacsony, a minibus shuttles you straight to the stalls and scents of the market.
Fonyód Route
– Fast boat to Badacsony, minibus to the market, 1.5 hours of browsing and free time.

– Optional afternoon add-on: choose either the Folly Arboretum and Winery (Folly Arborétum és Borászat) with 1.5 hours of free time plus a tasting of three syrups or wines, or a Badacsony winery tour to Istvándy and Laposa with three wines at each cellar. Add-on price: $44 per person.

Balatonfenyves Route
– Board the Szent Benedek sightseeing ship to Badacsony, minibus to the market, 1.5 hours free.
