The 2026 calendar leans into shared kitchens, learning circles, and workshops where the spirit leads and the palate follows — plus a broader city program from comedy nights to blockbuster exhibitions. Here’s what’s cooking, crafting, and convening across the first half of the year, with monthly highlights after June as well. January: Bake Together, Then Break Bread
2026.01.22. — January Community Baking in Szentendre. Food tastes best when made with love — doubly true for festive meals. Every Friday night brings Shabbat, a weekly reason to celebrate. Rebbetzin Tzivia wants the cooking itself to be a community moment, in her own closely guarded kitchen. Meet at her place on Thursday to bake the next day’s goodies. On Friday, enjoy proof that food made with care really does taste better. Location: Szentendre.
2026.01.29. — 50 Years in Hospitality. “Every person is a separate world — if a good community comes together, we can see the world together.” The salon spotlights the quirks, expertise, and passions within the community. February: Tapas, Learning, and More Baking
2026.02.15. — Tapas & Company. The brain consumes 20–25% of our body’s energy — feed the mind, and the body will feast. This thematic cooking course reaches beyond gastronomy and kitchen technique; here, the mind is the starting point. Yes, most of the time is hands-on cooking adventures and skills practice, but each session begins with a short learning “appetizer” introducing the menu.
