The 10th Night of Art Objects Festival (Műtárgyak Éjszakája Fesztivál) runs May 14–16, opening doors at around 70 venues with more than 120 art programs. It’s a citywide backstage pass to the art world, inviting visitors into museums, studios, and galleries that are usually behind the scenes.
Inside Access, Zero Pretense
Beyond exhibitions and expert talks, the lineup includes studio and workshop visits where creators show how the magic happens up close. The festival’s charm is access: artists, curators, and restorers share their processes, tools, and the messy, fascinating reality of making and preserving art.
Walk, Watch, Make
The program branches out with themed walks that map hidden stories onto city streets, hands-on workshops for both curious first-timers and seasoned makers, relaxed conversations that untangle big ideas without the jargon, and film screenings that add context and unexpected angles.
Tenth Edition Energy
