Get ready for a lively weekend at the Dunaföldvár (Dunaföldvár) marketplace this September 26-27, 2025! The Harvest Festival kicks off on Friday at 5:30 PM with a nostalgic operetta gala featuring opera star Zsuzsa Kalocsai, János Bokor, Csaba Csuti, and Gabriella Szávolovics, all accompanied by Károly Puka and his band. At 7:30 PM, Bikini, a legendary Hungarian rock band, takes the stage, followed by a DJ party from 9:00 PM until late.
Saturday: Family, Cooking, and Parade
Saturday starts early at 10:00 AM with a cooking competition themed around the flavors of harvest, along with an open playhouse, board game club, and a free play bus for kids running until 6:00 PM. Kalap Jakab gives a family concert at 11:00 AM. The winners of the cooking contest are announced at 1:00 PM, before the highlight: the Harvest Parade at 2:00 PM. The afternoon and evening keep spirits high with concerts from Band Of Streets and Follow The Flow, a majorette show, a folk dance gala featuring several troupes, and a huge street party with Just Show Band after 9:00 PM. Organizers reserve the right to change times and programs.
