Ever wondered how your favorite brew is made? The Pécs Brewery (Pécsi Sörfőzde) throws open its doors every Saturday for an exciting brewery tour paired with an unforgettable beer tasting. It all happens at 13 Tavasz Street in Pécs, in the country’s oldest still-operating brewery!
See, Smell, and Taste Beer History
From 10 AM to noon, you’ll get up close with the secrets of Hungarian beer-making. Guided by brewery staff, you’ll get the inside scoop, from brewing to fermentation. The tour isn’t just about peeking behind the curtain—you’ll sample unique, house-made beers in their tasting room, guided by an expert.
How to Join the Fun
Tours run every Saturday. You need to register by 8 PM on Thursday. Participation is confirmed only after you receive their reply. For groups of more than 15, weekday tours can also be arranged after the main tour. The price: $11 per person, which includes your guided tasting.
