On Monday, April 27, 2026, at 10:00, the Kisfaludy Room hosts Melinda Klausz’s talk on artificial intelligence: Is ChatGPT Really My Friend? Target audience: students in grades 5–8. Expect a straight-talking session on how AI tools work, where they help, and where to be cautious—tailored for teens who are already using chatbots for homework, creativity, and play. Music Club Extra Digs Deep
On Tuesday, April 28, 2026, from 17:00, head to the Dr. László Nagy Room (old building, 1st floor) for Music Club Extra (Zenei Klub Extra). The April edition salutes jazz guitar legend Gábor Szabó on what would be his 90th birthday, and spins gems from American pianist Bill Evans and UK funk-rock outfit Cymande. Therapy Dogs for the Tiniest Readers
On Wednesday, April 29, 2026, 16:30–17:00, meet Travel, the therapy dog. Led by Anikó Jánoska from the Doctor Paws (Doktor Mancsok) Foundation, the session helps 0–3-year-olds get comfortable around a trained dog and learn gentle, safe handling early on. Participation requires a valid library card. If it rains, please bring indoor shoes.
