On December 6, 2025, the fourth Wild Sausage and Wine Festival takes over the center of Máriavölgye Cellar Row (Máriavölgye Pincesor) in Nemesnádudvar. Teams fire up grills, pots, pans, and wood-fired ovens to turn different wild game meats into sausages—served fried, boiled, grilled, or baked. The goal is simple: let everyone taste dishes with bold, rare flavors and serious pleasure value.
Eat Bold, Drink Better
Beyond the meaty action, tasting counters pour standout wines. Nemesnádudvar’s own winemakers are pouring, and guest wineries are rolling in from other regions to push the flavor party even further. The mix of local bottles and out-of-town treasures is designed to match the rich game profiles with bright acidity, silky reds, and everything in between.
