Gyenesdiás uncorks four summer nights with Wine Days 2026 from July 9–12 along Kárpáti Promenade, a breezy stretch just steps from Lake Balaton’s beaches. Expect a wine promenade pouring standout regional bottles, folk-art demos, a bustling craft market, street food and regional bites, plus a packed cultural lineup. It’s family-friendly too: the Varázshangok playhouse opens daily from 5 p.m.
Opening Night: Folk Roots, Fiery Finish
Thursday kicks off at 6:30 p.m. with the Gyenes Folk Dance Ensemble joined by wine knights and ladies, followed by the Gyenesdiás Men’s Choir and Folk Song Circle. Bordó Sárkány takes the stage at 8 p.m., Anima Prizma lights a fire show at 9:45 p.m., then party from 10:15 p.m. to 1 a.m. with Zalaton Official.
Friday to Sunday: Concerts and Late Parties
Friday: 6 p.m. Maszk Puppet Theatre’s The Cunning Wonder Doctors (A furfangos csodadoktorok), 7 p.m. Zoltán Pintér, retro rock, 8 p.m. Paulina, 9:20 p.m. Trigatu Indian dance, then Retro DJ Balázs Koller from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. Saturday brings the Csepreg Wind Orchestra at 6 p.m., Boombatucada at 7 p.m., Soulwave at 8 p.m., Bolero Latin Duo at 9:15 p.m., then DJs Sza-Sza and Leewi from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. Sunday closes with the Spencer Hill Magic Band at 6:30 p.m., Alien King (Űrlénykirály) x Péter Galambos (Galambos Péter) at 8 p.m., and a Dynamic Band party from 9:10 p.m. to 1 a.m.
