April 2: Café Operetta Nights with Kállay Bori and Berkes János
On Thursday, April 2, at 7 p.m., catch Kávéházi operett estek: Kállay Bori és Berkes János at the Imre Kálmán Cultural Center’s Teátrum. Kállay Bori, a Meritorious Artist and operetta prima donna, won a lifetime achievement award at Europe’s biggest operetta festival in Trieste. Berkes János, another Meritorious Artist, opera singer, and member of the Hungarian State Opera and Immortals Troupe, together form a powerhouse duo that has dominated Hungarian musical theater and folk song culture for decades. They’ve shared stages at countless operetta galas, folk evenings, and TV shows, championing classic Hungarian tunes. Conductor Farkas Pál interviews them on career secrets, while the Dunakeszi Symphony Orchestra’s chamber ensemble brings their favorite songs to life. Tickets are $7.
April 3-6: Húsvéti Nyuladalom Transforms Siófok into Family Paradise
Siófok morphs into a massive family adventure park over Easter with laughs, crafts, games, and surprises for all ages amid spring vibes by the lake. Daily ongoing fun on the Main Square (Fő tér) from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Friday to Monday: Easter crafts, Lavender Playhouse and Creation Workshop, Manófalvi Adventure Castle (thrilling, funny skill games), traditional Easter eats, gastro stalls, wine terrace, artisan market. Civil House on Saturdays and Sundays 10:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. hosts Traditions and Games with Playmobil and Schenk exhibits.

April 4: Packed Saturday Lineup
Édenkerti Nyuszikaland at Éden Pension garden (Kereszt utca 2, Szabadifürdő, across from Sanyi Sarok), noon-4 p.m.: egg hunts with chocolate prizes, dog demos from 1 p.m. by Dogs for Kids Foundation, separate bouncy castles for little and big kids, pet and feed bunnies, creative corner for Easter decor, lemonade and carrot cake. Free entry, no outside pets allowed to ensure a smooth dog show—bring picnic blankets!
