The 22nd Herényi Flower Path (Herényi Virágút) Flower and Ornamental Plant Exhibition and Fair takes place in Szombathely’s Herény district on April 25-26, 2026 (Saturday-Sunday). Dive into a floral frenzy across multiple spots in 9700 Szombathely, tasting fair foods and drinks while enjoying cultural shows, entertainment, and kids’ fun. Fragrant Blooms, Crafts Fair, Gourmet Eats
This one-of-a-kind event stretches over a 1 km path in Herény, featuring around 30 mostly local (Herényi and Kámoni) nurseries with displays and sales. Shop for annuals and biennials, balcony plants and perennials, conifers, bonsai and cacti, Mediterranean plants, houseplants, cut flowers, grafts, ornamental shrubs, trees, solitaires, vegetable and flower seedlings, plus tons of special ornamentals. Garden machines, tools, and accessories round out the offerings.

Besides the blooms, expect crafts stalls, market delicacies (food and drinks), and non-stop cultural, fun, and children’s programs along the 1 km route and five venues: Herény Residents’ House (Herényiek Háza), Experience Grove (Élmény Liget), St. George’s Church (Szent György Templom), Csókvirág Courtyard (Csókvirág Udvar), Tulip Square (Tulipán Tér). Festive opening: April 24 (Friday) 4-8 p.m. at Herény Residents’ House (Herényiek Háza). Main Flower Path and crafts fair: April 25-26, 10 a.m.-6 p.m. from Peace Square (Béke tér) to Miklós Bertalanffy Street (Bertalanffy Miklós utca) in Szombathely-Herény.
