March 27 brings Crazy Little Queen rocking the stage, alongside Noémi Orvos-Tóth’s talk “How to Break Inherited Family Patterns?” at Kovács Máté City Cultural Center and Library. On March 28, join the Cloisonné Workshop for cloisonné-making, catch Junkies in concert, or hear the Kodály Philharmonic play “Florentine Memories.” The setlist features Mozart’s A major Clarinet Quintet, K. 581—a chamber music gem inspired by Anton Stadler, spotlighting the clarinet’s rich tones in elegant, lyrical dialogues between soloist and strings. Tchaikovsky’s D minor “Souvenir de Florence,” Op. 70, originally a string sextet from 1890, delivers passionate drama, stark contrasts, and an energetic finale; the string orchestra version amps up the monumentality.
