For an entire week from November 10 to 16, 2025, the Bonvital Gastro & Wellness Hotel in downtown Hévíz (Hévíz) is celebrating St. Martin’s Day (Márton-nap) with a mouthwatering goose-themed menu at their Brix Bistro. Guests can indulge in a selection of goose-based specialties, from hearty goose ragout soup with porcini mushrooms and quince, to rich main courses like stewed goose gizzards with potato dumplings and roasted celeriac, slow-roasted pulled goose leg with tomato cabbage and barley, and goose breast with pumpkin, roasted salad, and grapefruit.
