March Madness
Kick off with Revolution in Music, an illustrated talk by music teacher and choir director Kiss Tamás at the Town Hall on March 16. Film club fans can catch Ujj Mészáros Károly’s Itt érzem magam otthon (I Feel at Home Here) on March 19. Oscar-winning music gets a live spin by Chanson Brass at the Town Hall on March 20. March 21 brings the LEPKE performance hike by Forrásvíz Nature Friends Association, the Scythian Festival at Festetics Imre Experience Center (with exhibit opening, shaman drum, and falconry), plus a New Testament marathon at the Town Hall through March 22. Book launch for Dr. Szutrély Péter’s Kezdő betegek kézikönyve (Beginner’s Patient Handbook) on March 23. Easter preparations at the Town Hall and Shepherd’s House courtyard on March 28—the same day as the market opening and Fruit Blessing Day at Producers’ Market—with Easter programs running through April 6.
