On October 25, 2025, Monor’s legendary Cellar Village (Pincefalu) will fling open its cellar doors to everyone—not just families and friends, but all wine lovers eager for a taste of the good life. Locals invite guests to sample their wines, nibble on delicious dishes, and wander into the heart of their cellars. Expect lively conversations about grapes, winemaking technology, traditions, and everything else that always comes up at a proper wine tasting. Everyone is welcome, whether you come with family, friends, or colleagues—just arrive hungry and curious!
Where to Stay and Eat
The Nyerges Hotel Thermal, built in 1983, remains Central Europe’s largest thatched hotel. Located in Pest County, right beside Route 4, it’s only a thirty-minute drive from the center of Budapest. This family-run restaurant blends classic Hungarian flavors with a touch of modern global cuisine. The inn features four ground-floor rooms and four upstairs rooms, accommodating up to 22 guests.
The Heart of the Party
KultPince is the largest event space in Cellar Village (Pincefalu), covering 32,290 square feet. The cellar seats 80 guests, and a nearby event room holds another 45–50. The venue includes a hot kitchen, a heated terrace for up to 90 guests, and ample private parking.
