Across five independent events, guests can discover the restaurant in different formats, from breezy, shorter tastings to seated, multi-course fine dining experiences. The day follows the natural rhythm from breakfast to dinner, with time-of-day menus and special dishes crafted for each slot. Doors open Sunday, and the vibe shifts as the sun moves—light, bright morning plates give way to layered, celebratory evenings.
