Budapest’s Palace of Wonders (Csodák Palotája) is throwing a playful curveball on February 7–8, 2026: a carnival-themed Knowledge Labyrinth packed with skill and logic challenges for families. Kids arriving in costume earn a FREE child ticket for their next visit, and all extras are included with a Csopa admission. Recommended for ages 3 and up.
Games, Puzzles, Photo Ops
Dive into the carnival maze and try the Giant Stepper (Lepegető óriás), Wooden Spoon Race (Fakanál futam), and a giant memory game bursting with festive images. Test your aim in Target Toss – Juggler’s Slip-Up (Célbadobás – Zsonglőr baki), gather around tabletop games, and hunt for clues in Cheese Board – Where Did My Nose Go? (Sajtdeszka – Hová lett az orrom?). Snap it all at the carnival photo point, then crack the Carnival Brain Teaser (Farsangi fejtörő). Every interactive exhibit in the center is open to play.
Science Shows Every Day
The Öveges Theater stages four daily shows:
11:00 Bubble Show (Buborék Show)
13:00 Spectacular Science (Látványos tudomány)
15:00 Richter Gedeon Science Show (Richter Gedeon SCIENCE SHOW)
17:00 Glowing Stage (Izzó Színpad)
Head to the Richter Gedeon Laboratory for hands-on experiments. Make your carnival weekend a family science sprint in Budapest, February 7–8.
