Budapest’s ARAZ Restaurant serves a customizable Sunday lunch where diners can mix and match a two- or three-course menu, plus drinks and coffee, right in the city center at 42–44 Dohány Street, 1074. Chef de Cuisine Áron Barka and his team refresh the lineup weekly, offering three soups, five mains, and three desserts from noon to 2:30 p.m. on weekends. Every lunch includes a mineral water or soft drink, a glass of wine or beer, and a cup of coffee. A 12% service charge is added to the final bill.

Soups: Lentil soup with smoked tofu (vegetarian, GF, LF); hangover soup with smoked meat, sourdough bread (LF option); hearty chicken soup (GF option, LF).
Mains: Rosemary–orange chicken breast, roasted chestnuts, corn rice, mixed salad (LF, GF); Szabolcs (Szabolcs-Szatmár) stuffed cabbage with roasted sausage (GF, LF option); New Year’s lentil stew with smoked pork knuckle; confit suckling pig, roasted potatoes, veggie pancake bundle, thyme–juniper sauce; savory curd cheese dumplings, spinach stew, egg crumbs (vegetarian).
Desserts: Szabolcs (Szabolcs-Szatmár) apple–poppy seed cake; aranygaluska (Hungarian walnut pull-apart rolls) with champagne custard; stollen with vegan chocolate ice cream.
